We originally went with Jim and Olga for refinancing our primary residence. They did a fantastic job getting us a 30-year rate of 2.75%. The process was so smooth that we went with them again to refinance our two rental properties. We were not disappointed! Great rates (2.375% on 15 year) and a great team that helped us resolve any problems that came up. I am retired and our refinance required more attention from Jim to sail through the approval process. He had to work with our Financial Investment Advisor to get the correct verbiage regarding the account.

The process went smoothly. Jim Blackburn is a lending saint. He knows the market well and cares about his clients tremendously. The team made it really easy to do business, uploading documents and getting forms signed. Our situation is a bit complex. Rather than turn us away for some added work they dug in to get it done right. They like the complexity, whereas other lenders don’t want to roll up their sleeves.
